RETURNS
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact customer service to obtain a Return Adress. After receiving the address, place the item securely in its original packaging and [include your proof of purchase].
Your return shipment is free of charge in some cases. If you return an item and the reason for return isn't a result of an cloverhelm.com error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method:
Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed back to the original card within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
PayPal Payments: Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account within 5–10 business days.
Gift Cards or Store Credit: If eligible, refunds may be issued as store credit, which will be delivered via email as a digital coupon code.
After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and the funds will be transferred according to the timelines mentioned above.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
